Kidana Development Company carries out and implements the following purposes:

1- Carrying out all works and operations related to preparing the Holy Sites for Umrah pilgrims and visitors, developing, constructing, maintaining, and leasing facilities in the Holy Sites, and organizing the provision of services to pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors in the Holy Sites. To achieve this, it may practice any activity related to the main purpose in a way that achieves its objectives.

2- Implementing the construction and development of infrastructure and public spaces in the Holy Sites, and ensuring their readiness for pilgrims.

3- Leading the design, development, and leasing of real estate in the Holy Sites with both the public and private sectors, and ensuring the readiness of necessary housing and facilities for pilgrims.

4- Managing and maintaining public facilities in the Holy Sites throughout the year.

5- Providing sustainable municipal services in the Holy Sites locations.

6- Coordinating some complementary and additional services such as catering in the Holy Sites, and providing some of them optionally.

7- The company practices its activity after obtaining the necessary licenses from the competent authorities.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.<\/a> Approval of the Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

This policy aims to inform the personal data owner of the nature of the personal data collected by Kidana Development Company, the purposes of its collection and processing, the legal bases for that, the mechanism for its retention and destruction, the entities to which it may be disclosed, and the rights prescribed for the data owner under the Personal Data Protection Law and its executive regulations.

The data owner’s continued use of electronic services or submission of their personal data is deemed an acknowledgment of having reviewed this policy and understood its content, and this is not a substitute for obtaining explicit consent whenever consent is legally required to process specific personal data or for an independent purpose.<\/p>

Additionally, user data may be shared with competent government, regulatory, judicial, or security authorities, whenever this is based on a legal basis or an official request from a competent authority, and only to the extent necessary to achieve the legal purpose of disclosure.

Data is not shared with any other parties except in cases permitted by law, and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of sharing.<\/p>
