Kidana Development Company, the major developer of the Holy Sites, has entered into a joint cooperation agreement with the Hajj and Umrah Charity Association (Hadiyah) to collaborate on implementation, financing, supervision, and maintenance of several projects within the Holy Sites over the next three years.
The agreement was signed by the CEO of Kidana Development Company, Eng. Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Mejmaj, and Hadiyah board of directors’ chairman Dr. Hatem bin Hasan Al-Marzouki. Both parties agreed that the primary and shared goal of the agreement is to enhance and achieve the highest standards of services provided to the guests of Allah in the Holy Sites.
The scope of work between “Kidana” and “Hadiyah” focuses on joint cooperation in the field of implementation, financing, supervision and maintenance of projects agreed upon in the Holy Sites.
The projects, their specifications, and timelines for implementation will be determined by a joint coordination committee between the two parties. This committee will identify opportunities and projects to be carried out according to the framework of the agreement. The committee will also provide a detailed description of each project in terms of its nature, scope, timeline, and technical specifications, and coordinate the necessary studies for each project.
“Kidana” will also coordinate with the relevant authorities to determine objectives of the agreement and the projects to be implemented, make recommendations, and ensure their alignment with other projects.
While “Hadiyah” will undertake implementation of projects according to the highest specifications and standards under supervision of the Joint Coordinating Committee between the two parties.
It is worth noting that “Kidana” is working diligently to prepare well in advance for the Hajj season of 1446 AH, coordinating and integrating efforts with various relevant authorities.
