Kidana for Development and Improvement—the executive arm of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites—participated in the 2025 Career Fair organized by King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, under the patronage of the University President, Dr. Mohammed bin Mohsen Al-Saggaf, from September 8–10, 2025.
Kidana’s participation in the fair was represented through an introductory pavilion showcasing its specialized training programs aimed at developing national talents and enabling Saudi youth to enter the labor market and build successful and distinguished career paths. These efforts align with Kidana’s vision of developing the Holy Sites and ensuring their sustainable prosperity by attracting ambitious minds and equipping them with the skills necessary to achieve national aspirations.
Visitors to the pavilion were introduced to the “Fresh Graduates Program”, which focuses on attracting graduates and training them according to international best practices in education and training, while enhancing their knowledge and enabling them to obtain accredited professional certifications relevant to their specializations.
Kidana also presented the “Cooperative Training Program”, which offers university students the opportunity to join Kidana’s team during their academic training period. The program equips them with practical experience in a professional environment that enriches their career journey and enhances their readiness to enter the job market, under the supervision of a dedicated mentor who follows up with the trainee throughout the training period, guiding them with clear tasks and defined objectives.
