Technical Agreement

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Kidana and Elm. This agreement aims to develop and implement digital platforms to enhance digital transformation in the holy sites through innovative technological solutions, provide consultancy and operational services to improve inspection and field monitoring processes to ensure quality and efficiency, and collaborate on joint projects to study and implement initiatives that serve both parties and contribute to improving services in the holy sites. Additionally, it focuses on preparing the infrastructure of the holy sites to develop public spaces and facilities in line with the highest international standards.
