Kidana signed a memorandum of understanding with Google Cloud to support digital transformation in the holy sites, aiming to enhance the experience of pilgrims through modern technologies. The memorandum seeks to develop artificial intelligence to provide innovative solutions that enhance the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, implement joint training programs to develop employee skills in AI and data analysis, improve services and operational efficiency to deliver faster and higher-quality services, and utilize smart solutions for crowd management to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims and Umrah performers.
