As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of services provided in the holy sites, “Kidana” conducted a field visit and held collaborative meetings with the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque. The aim was to explore ways to develop service facilities and improve the working environment for maintenance and cleaning teams.
During the visit, both parties discussed the latest technologies and materials used in maintenance and cleaning operations, in addition to exchanging expertise and best practices in the field. A field tour was also carried out at the Grand Mosque to directly observe daily operations, which contributes to improving performance efficiency and service quality.
This collaboration comes as part of Kidana’s commitment to raising the standard of services in the holy sites and providing a well-prepared environment for the Guests of Allah that meets the aspirations of the wise leadership.
