OUR VISION

Leadership in Sustainable Development of the Holy Sites

At Kidana, we are dedicated to ensuring the sustainability of holy site development by implementing international best practices and adhering to the highest quality standards across all our projects and operations. Our goal is to create an exemplary working environment in Makkah and to set new standards of excellence throughout the Kingdom.

Our Key Achievements

New Emergency Hospital Project in Mina
"Kidana" carried out the Emergency Hospital project in Mina, which is considered one of the fastest hospital projects ever completed worldwide. It was built in just 30 days on an area of 5,300 m², with a capacity of up to 200 beds. The project reflects Kidana’s efficiency in executing vital development projects within record time, while adhering to construction and operational standards that ensure the hospital’s readiness to serve the Guests of Allah during the Hajj season.
Kidana Al-Wadi 6 Towers Project in Mina
The latest project, Kidana Al-Wadi Towers 6, has marked a significant milestone in improving the living environment for pilgrims in Mina. It embodies Kidana’s vision of providing integrated services that enhance the experience of the Guests of Allah. The project consists of 10 towers spanning an area of 165,000 m², each comprising a ground floor and four repeated floors, in addition to a prayer area, dining area, central kitchen, and open spaces equipped with services.
“Masar Al-Mashaer” Project in Muzdalifah
Kidana has completed the “Masar Al-Mashaer” project in Muzdalifah, where 170,000 m² were developed in the second phase to facilitate pedestrian movement, with the addition of green spaces, commercial kiosks, and eco-friendly rubber flooring. The project reflects Kidana’s commitment to improving infrastructure and providing pilgrims with a safe and comfortable environment, in line with sustainability goals and quality of life standards.
Afforestation and Green Coverage Project in the Holy Sites
As part of the Saudi Green Initiative, Kidana implemented the “Green Mashaer” initiative, planting more than 20,000 trees across an area of approximately 290,000 m². The aim is to reduce temperatures and improve air quality in areas where pilgrims gather. The project reflects Kidana’s commitment to environmental sustainability and to creating a more comfortable environment for the Guests of Allah.
